Weigh in – 8th Jan 2012

I initially planned to weigh my self every 2 weeks but today (1 week from my initial weigh in) I decided to just see how I was getting on.

Todays Stats:

Weight: 117.5KG (18st 7lb)

BMI: 37.1

Waist: 42″

So in the first week I have lost 6lbs, I am really happy with that.  I am aiming for around 2-3lbs a week and hopefully as I continue I will be able to maintain it.  I mainly lost weight through watching what I eat and sticking to my 1760 calories a day.  This week I will start running more which should help.

I have added a counter on the right hand side which my will show my total lbs lost.
